Award a construction contract to Asad Holdings LLC dba OrangeBlue General Contractors, in the amount of $334,000 for the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Transition Plan Implementation - ADA Curb Ramp Replacement Phase I, PW24-07; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to approve contract change orders up to 20% of the contract amount, $66,800; and 3.
