All Mayor.
What's that?
May I make a quick questioncomment?
Yeah, oh yeah, yeah, of course.
So I just want to be really clear, because I feel like I have maybe confused myself with all the dates. So the public hearing is on Tuesday, October 14. That's when we'll get the presentation, the budget, and it's also the date we'll vote on it, or are there multiple meetings?
There is I'm looking at the city manager. There is one meeting.
There is one meeting. Okay. For the mayor and councilmember Walker. I apologize for that confusion. I also have provided a one way communication to you all from a summary that was provided by Public Works as well. And I see Jake is coming up
as well. I was going say, Jake, you have been sitting here the whole time. Please come forward. Please come forward and make a few comments.
Well, good evening, Chair Woodards and members of the board. I'm Jake Green with Public Works, here to answer any questions, if you have
any questions. There you go, Jake.
Well, can you answer Council Member Walker's question? Just to confirm that there's just one meeting, we get the presentation, the public hearing, and the vote, all in one night.
This meeting's to set the public hearing for October 14. There'll be a presentation that night, and then November 12, there's a resolution to adopt the proposed modifications.
Thank you. That's exactly what I was looking for. Thank you.
Yep.
See, it's a good thing that Jake came up, because I got it totally wrong, and I don't think the city manager helped me there. So, thank you, Jake. All right. If there aren't any other questions, all those in favor of adopting the consent agenda, please signify by saying aye. Aye. All those opposed, the consent agenda is cleared and adopted. Jake, you can go home. All right. Is there any public comment? Did anybody sign in? Nope. And there's no one online? Alright. Well then, clerk have we received any written public comment?
We have not.
Alright. Then, there are no regular agenda items for this special meeting. Are there any final board comments? Everyone is here. I will entertain a motion to adjourn. I move to adjourn. Second. All those in favor signify by saying aye. Aye. All those opposed? The ayes have it. We stand adjourned.
