A Resolution of the City of Sunrise, Florida, approving the First Amendment (the Facilities Amendment) to the Interlocal Agreement for Solid Waste Disposal and Recyclable Materials processing authority of Broward County, Florida; authorizing the Mayor to execute the First Amendment to the Interlocal Agreement; directing the City Clerk to provide a copy of this Resolution and the executed First Amendment to the Interlocal Agreement to the Solid Waste Disposal and Recyclable Materials authority of Broward County; providing for conflict; providing for severability; and providing an effective date.
