Council Meeting - Regular Meeting

Ward one council common ground honors the people. Um today we but I would that's the case was at a great tomorrow if you wish to stop local small businesses. Just as a reminder for our general creek raccoon run. So, um at 8:30 the roads will close around that area. So, uh just to be aware of that situation. Um, Friday, May 1st, uh, is going to be our third, yes, our third, uh, popup food pantry, and I invite anybody who would be in need to go ahead and show up. It will be Friday, May 1st at 9:00 in the morning, and that will be running through the 11:00. Uh, also too, that Saturday, May 2nd is our fishing derby. That's always a popular event out at Silver Springs and so we invite all our young fishers fishermen to come out and uh try their skill. Also uh this week here and I appreciate the support of Mr. Herman and Miss Young. Uh we had our board and commission appreciation

appreciation dinner and I think you would agree uh it was a great uh turnout and uh we had a dinner for them and I think they were very appreciative and like I said they I can't like I always say if we had to go ahead and pay for our boards and commission members we couldn't afford their knowledge. So I appreciate each and every one of them. um as we went and also had dinner with him that evening. With that, I'd be happy to answer any questions. Any questions for the mayor? 202697, an ordinance confirming the finance director's appointment of Aaron Brick Brickard as tax auditor 2 of the finance department of the city of Stow establishing compensation for set pointing and declaring emergency. Will the clerk please read item A by its title? 202693, an ordinance amending ordinance number 20256, increasing the authorization expenditures of Kimley Horn and Associates for design services for the Homewood Storm improvements project without the necessity public fits and declare an emergency.

202695 an ordinance amending certain sections of chapter 1104 of the codified ordinance of Stow entitled use standards particularly section 1104.04 4 A6 entitled dwelling multiple family multifamily including 5 to 12 units 13 plus units and multifamily complexes.

Uh that concludes the first reading. Uh but we should also add the public hearing to the schedule uh prior to our third reading. Uh so that would be uh prior to our May 28th meeting. Uh, and will the clerk please read item D by its title 202696, an ordinance amending certain sections of chapter 1103 of the codified ordinance of Stow entitled overlay district standards, particularly section 1103.04 entitled minor plan development and over overlay district standard.

That concludes uh the first reading for item D and we will also add the public hearing to uh prior to our May 28th meeting. I should have also asked if there was any further discussion on seeing none uh we will move on to our bill of listing approval. I make a move motion to pay the bill. Second. All in favor? Yes. Yes.
