Total amount of grant is $350,000.00, matching funds from the County of $72,500.00. Grant to be used for Phase III of Courthouse renovation.

Grant approval of removal of Solid Waste Assessment for tax assessment code # 1160025, Cumin, Wade D and Peggy R., and refund the assessments from tax years 2023 and 2024.

Order No. 2026-01- to order Department of Revenue to remove the solid waste assessment from the tax assessment code # 1160025.

Intercap Loan – increase in loan from $42,000.00 to $53,509.00.

a. Approval of Promissory Note Revision to $53,509.00. b. Resolution no 2026-05 – Authorizing an increase in principal and amount of loan outstanding under the Intercap program and amending the resolution no 2026-04... amending the note.
