Next on the petitions of communications, we have a vacation request. Mr. Harris, the undersigned adjacent property owner, hereby request to vacate a portion of east-west 12-foot-wide alley between Outlocks 48 and 49 and Outlock 50 in the city of St. Mary's, being more particularly described as follows, being all that portion of an existing 12-foot-wide east-west alley being bounded on the north side by Outlocks 48 and 49, also being bounded on the south side by MPT I'll lock 50 in the city of St. Mary's. This alley lies east of Front Street between Spring Street and South Street. And there is a map of the area requested. Any questions or comments from the council? Yes.

I guess that kind of answers my question. There's no concerns or issues with safety vehicles or anything for use of that at any given time for emergency or anything like that? No. So this goes on the plane? Correct. Okay.

I just have one question. I know that during the, it's only one event, the Halloween parade, they usually exit off of Spring Street and work down that. So since there's so many people and we don't really have roads, closed for that. Have we anticipated where they're going to return? We're working on that, yeah. Okay. This Thursday is the wastewater treatment plan tour, 5 o'clock. I understand that Thursdays aren't the best days for some folks, so we're looking at maybe changing it.

I'm just curious if there's anything worth noting with your meeting with the representative on the local topics.

Well, Mr. Burkholder and I met with him. He's just been busy, so this was the first time he's been available, but there was nothing significant discussed.

How does bid openings go on the properties we were... On my number 11? Yes. Okay. It went well. The two residential lots have been sold. We had a reserve on one set, and the reserve was met. hollow lot as well as the market road lot. I sent out, I know it was kind of late, I sent out the letter that we've sent to the farmers or the bidders who are interested in the farm parcels north of town. We will do a rebidding process on those on July 2nd, 5 p.m. So what will happen is they'll show up here and they'll be given an opportunity to increase their bids. The reserve was met. So they'll be given the opportunity to increase at that time those sealed bids will be opened immediately and then we'll take the top two bidders and we'll do a verbal bid with them to see who ends up being the highest bidder. We're pleased, we're very pleased with how these things

That's okay. Under your report number 14, was that one of the ones we were expecting?

Yes, sir. Yeah, we hired him. We knew it was coming. He's been talking about it for several months. He messed around and fell in love and so he's moving. He's a good young man. We hate to see him leave. I'm not getting in between him and love. So we knew it.

We planned ahead. We hired two engineers.

Not that we need two to replace them, but we anticipate maybe some additional movement.

Finance Committee met on June 15th. to basically go over some budgetary items that we'll have in the ordinance presented tonight. Basically, it was 19 supplement requests for roughly $274,953, with the biggest ones being for a refuse truck and for the Veterans Museum, so we'll see all those here shortly.

Under the third reading, we have Ordinance 202607, an ordinance authorizing the execution of an agreement with Clemens, Nelson, and Associates for Employee Relations Work. Next we have resolution .2608. a resolution imposing a temporary moratorium on the establishment, conversion of other structures or buildings into the data center, including the development and construction of any building structure, use, or change of use that would allow data centers for a period of 12 months from the effective date of this resolution in order to allow the city administration and city council time to review applicable federal codes, Ohio statutes, codes and regulations, along with the city's codified ordinances relative to sex activity and declaring an emergency. So if you look through here, it'll say legal services for municipal buildings. The first one is that of the general fund that flew over 12,000. So those added up very quickly. So the museum, our legal fees, we have $30,000 in lodging tax. This is for the tables and chairs for the mill as well as the technology.

You'd mentioned the truck, the waste truck. I thought you said purchase. On here it says in lease.

Yes, correct. It's a lease to purchase. We are leasing it, but our lease payments go towards the purchase of it. Thank you.
