This is a, we made a motion to go into executive session. Normally public meetings are required to be open to the public so that everybody can witness what's going on under the exception. 1 of the exceptions is going into executive session to discuss. There are 9 categories under it. In this case, we're going to be discussing litigation involving a complaint and we've already received the complaint for in the matter of 66 Woodport road. There will be discussions between all the board members and counsel. Uh, those discussions will not be made public at this time. There will be minutes, uh, available at some time in the future when we deem it appropriate to release them.
