The time is approximately 5.30 p.m. We will now call to order, this is strange, the City of South Miami Community Redevelopment Agency meeting. Madam Clerk, if you could please call the roll.

Yes, item one, a resolution of the South Miami Community Redevelopment Agency for submitting the proposed community redevelopment plan to Miami-Dade County for review in accordance with section 163.360 for the statute and the Miami-Dade County delegation resolution.

Great. Good evening, everybody. Welcome to the first meeting of the CRA, officially. We're here tonight for one basic purpose, which is to approve the transmittal of the draft CRA plan to the county. So it'll go to the county, the county planning board, and back to the city for the LPA, city's planning board. And you may recall on March 3rd, 2026, the county did pass its resolution. And they made several findings there, including the slum and blighted area. They approved the transmittal and the delegation to the CRA, the city CRA, to transmit the plan back to the county. And it was for that limited purpose. Any questions? I'm happy to answer.

Colleagues, any questions? No. Madam Secretary, just timing. When do we expect the County Planning Board convenes next? Do we have any sense from the county?

I don't, Mayor. We don't, but we will find out.

Please, if you can get us an update on schedule, I just want to make sure we keep this on track. Okay. Seeing no further questions, any comments before we call for a motion?
