For the record, Cynthia Foley, Council Staff, the Department of Information Technology is seeking to contract with Stoneshare Corp for the development of an electronic documents and record management system for human resources. The cost for the pilot system including development and implementation is $13,750. The full cost for the first year of the contract and all optional four one year term extensions is $113,750 plus sales tax. Motion 26 dash zero four four authorizes the Snohomish County Executive to execute the agreement and associated amendments. The request is to move motion 20 six-forty four to the GLS agenda for council consideration.

Public Works has spent $140,862 of the original $150,000 in the initial agreement. Aside from also updating the name of the vendor from Graymar Environmental Services, Inc. To Graymar Environmental Services, LLC, All other terms and conditions remain the same. The request today is to move this motion to GLS on February 11 for consideration.
