Okay. We have forum. We can go ahead and you can call to order, Mark, and I will share my screen.
Yeah. Thank you. Yeah. Alright. Call to order the meeting. I don't have dates or anything, but we'll call the meeting to order. Just keep it general. And the agenda, I can see this now. Thank you, Peter.
Yep. Do we need to do roll call?
Who's here?
I've already I got it. I can see everyone. You you might wanna call order because we do have one member of the public. Okay. Commissioner Toyer? Here. Can you see me?
Yep. Kef.
Manny? Here. Chatters? Here. O'Donnell.
Here.
Cass. Here. Preston. Here. McGee. Here. James. Here. And then I have absent as Gregerson, Decker, Dodd, Mankey, K Mink, Esselink, and Gabe.
Alright. Well, thank you. And, the first item on the agenda and the only item on the agenda today is amending the commission rules and procedures to allow new proposals until April 8. Peter, if you could read the details in on that.
I was not on staff in January when the original rules were passed. My assumption is that people thought that April 1, which is today, would have been a a meeting, and we would have had the cutoff date correspond with a meeting, which to me makes the most sense. And that's what chair Galey had thought as well. So as of now, the proposals that have yet to be proposed or have not been voted on for the first step are considered dead as of today according to those rules. So all we're asking for is an amendment to the rules to accept new proposals through April 8, which is the next regularly scheduled meeting a week from today.
I And and if that's accepted, then those will not be dead anymore? Because they're not officially dead until end of business today, so we are catching this in time? Correct.
Yep.
Okay. Good. Yep. I so do move. I second. Second. Alright. It's been moved and seconded. Any further discussion? I don't see any hands. Peter, you see any hands? Nope. Seeing none. That motion passes. Oh, actually, I I apologize. We need to take a vote on the motion. Okay? Yeah. Go go ahead. Roll call. Floyer?
Yes. Yay. Manny? Yay. Chatters? Yes. O'Donnell?
Yes.
Cass? Yes. Preston? Yes. McGee? Yes. And James?
Yes. Perfect. Motion passes. Thank you all.
That's all I had today. Just as a reminder, if you need anything for the agenda for next Wednesday, please get it to me by end of business on Friday, and we will be in Lake Stevens next Wednesday.
Oh, yeah. Good. Alright. And that's at 05:30 same time, but could go later.
Yep. We could stay as late as we want in Lake Stevens.
Okay. Perfect. Alright.
Move to adjourn.
Okay. So move
yeah.
Is there a second? Yeah. Think I heard a second. Okay. Perfect. Meeting is adjourned. Thank you all.
Thank you, everyone. Thanks, Peter. Bye bye. Thank you.
