The petition calls for the rezoning of the Project Site from C-2 Central Commercial and RF-Riverfront Development to the Village’s Strategic Property Redevelopment (SPR) Overlay Floating Zone, approval of an SPR Special Permit, proposed subdivision to merge the two existing parcels that make up the Project Site to create one unified development site, site plan approval and Architectural Review Board approval to allow for the construction of 1,000± s.f. of street front retail along Beekman Avenue, 26 market rate rental apartments, eight for sale townhome units, all supported by 34 parking spaces located below and behind the proposed buildings.
