Good afternoon everyone. Welcome to the uh Shenoa Shenoa uh special meeting. Uh today is March the 4th, 2026 and the time is 100 p.m. Uh look around. I see that everyone is here. We do have a quorum. Uh we're going to start off with item number three, citizens forum. Citizens are invited to speak for three minutes on matters related to city government that name [clears throat] that relate to agenda or non-aggenda items. Speakers are asked to approach the podium and give their name and address before sharing their comments. Do we have anyone signed up? Yes, sir. N.
All right. At this time, we are going to move to executive session. Uh, according to the Texas Open Meetings Act, chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, as follows. Texas Government Code 551.074, Personnel Matters. We're going to be discussing the city administrative vacancy. The time is 10:01. So, we're going to move on to uh uh executive session.

Motion to appoint negotiate a contract with Sam Meel for city administrator and authorize the mayor to negotiate the terms of that contract. I'll second.
We have a motion to appoint Mr. Sam Misiel and uh you directed me to negotiate a contract with with uh said candidate by Councilman Ray Maker, seconded by Councilman Robinson.
