Good morning. Uh, mayor, council, thank you for the opportunity to speak today. Um, I have a handout if I may hand it out to you um after my couple of minutes of speaking. But um, as residents, many of us value communication, transparency, and accountability in our local government. I'm submitting a set of citizen focused interview questions for you to consider as part of your current and future leadership roles that you're going to be interviewing for today. Uh these questions were created with the intention of helping ensure that our city's leaders prioritize clear communication, resident needs, effective partnership, and responsible decisionmaking. My hope is that these questions will support a thoughtful community centered evaluation process and help reinforce the standards of openness and responsiveness that residents expect. Thank you for your time and your comm continued service to the community.
