I move to suspend the rules under the charter and read amended ordinance 29-2026 by title only for its third and final reading.

An ordinance providing for the submission to the electors of the City of Seven Hills, Ohio, a certain charter amendment pursuant to Article 10 of the Charter of the City of Seven Hills, Ohio, for the purpose of amending Article 5 of the Charter of the City of Seven Hills, Ohio, for the purpose of amending Article 5, Administrative Departments, Boards and Commissions, Section 8, Zoning Board of Appeals, to amend the Zoning Board of Appeals process and declaring an emergency.

an ordinance authorizing the purchase of 3,920 tons of road salt sodium chloride through the Joint Municipal Improvement Consortium and authorizing an amount not to exceed $279,888 for said purchase during the 2026-2027 winter season. An ordinance authorizing and directing the mayor to enter into an agreement on behalf of the City of Seven Hills, Ohio, with GMB Electric Company for the purpose of electric service upgrades with appurtenances at MSG Joseph Andres Jr. Memorial Park, appropriating the sum not to exceed $131,040 for said electrical upgrades through the Ohio State Purchasing Program, EZIQC, contract number OH. E07114 and declaring an emergency.

Yes, actually, just this evening, I just wanted to say real quickly, Dan Gerson and Gary Sykin met me at a residence about a new home going in. I just wanted to say, Dan Gerson, he did a fantastic job representing the city. So I just want to say that thank you for that. That's it.
