Thank you. Um I'd like to uh thank council on the passage of ordinance 8206. This is uh the emergency generator at Meyer for our city vehicles in the event of emergency or power loss. I want to acknowledge the Councilman Martin planted this scene a bit ago. And I want to acknowledge Eric Moore, our law director, and his team uh who's worked this out with Meyer and all the minutia to make this happen. So, thank you, Director Moore. Um, also our next rules meetings in two weeks. Uh, as you see on the agenda, ordinance nine is, um, a proposal to change our electric bicycles. I know some of you have had opinions on what should or shouldn't be in there. So, we had that's why we have three readings sometimes when we're changing a law. So, I'd like uh any uh discussion on what we'd like to amend, change um to ordinance 9 to happen in uh Councilman Kelly's rules committee at our next meeting. Um further, um it's the administration's intent to bring to a rules meeting at the next meeting or an ordinance to ban short-term rentals. So, I'd also like to have any uh start any robust uh discussion, opinions, uh feedback from council because council at the end of the day is the body that makes the laws. So, u uh discussion on amending electric bicycles ordinance nine and begin discussion on a ride ban on short-term rentals in the city of Seven Hills.
