Accept the grant award for FY2025 Continuum of Care Grant Renewal from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the Continuum of Care (CoC) /Shelter Plus Care Grant Program in the amount of $925,389 and authorize the Director of Community Services to sign and execute the agreement on behalf of the Board Chairman.

Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute the Federally Funded Subgrant Umbrella Agreement for FY26-27 between the State of Florida Department of Commerce and Seminole County.
