The city attorney will provide an oral report regarding the close session. Number one, potential litigation pursuant to government code section 54956.9. Two, potential cases council to consider initiating litigation. Number two, conference with legal counsel pursuant to government code section 54956.9D1. Approval of confidential meeting minutes of March 3rd, 2026. Close session meeting of city of Selma, city council regarding city of Selma versus Santion. That is number 25 CE CG05076 conf number three conference with labor negotiators pursuant to government code section 54957.6 Six agency designated representative Jason Rogers, city manager, employee organization, International Association of Firefighters, Local 3716, Fire Middle Management Employees, and Cloia Middle Managers.
