The city attorney will provide an oral report regarding a closed session. Item one, potential litigation pursuant to government code section 54956.9. Three potential cases significant exposure to liability. Number two, pending litigation pursuant to C government code section 54956.9 city of Selma versus Santion FCC number 25 CE CG0576. With that, we will convene to close session.
