Go ahead and give us the good news briefing and then we'll, we'll go slower.

Good morning chairman commissioners for county announcements this week. We're still under an indefinite burn ban for such a county fire district. 1, it's member cities as well as additional cities within the county of valley center. Cole, which mount hope Cheney, Clearwater and Mulvane residents with questions should contact their local fire department. On Tuesday, September 8th, the treasurer is opening a new satellite tag office that's coming to Luber's Chevrolet Cheney. It will be open 9 to 5 Tuesdays and Thursdays. We're going to have the Sedgwick County Zoo in here. They're going to highlight Zoobly, which is coming up next Saturday out at Sedgwick County Zoo. The election office actively seeking election workers ahead of the November 4th general election. They were short about 100 workers, you might remember, ahead of the primary last month. And then just a reminder to residents, we are closed for Labor Day, but emergency services available by calling and texting 9-1-1. That's all for county announcements.

Hello. getting into the meeting item C is a appointment or it's actually it's a resignation for the food and Farm Council I can see under consent items D is a It's an ongoing agreement with KDOT for traffic signal location. This deals with 13 traffic signals, and the backup page 8 has the intersections listed. Lynn can expound upon that if needed, but it's just the general, it's an ongoing agreement with KDOT, right, Lynn?

Is this just an agreement that we maintain those? These aren't new traffic signals, right?

Correct. KDOT has several signals that are maintained by City of Wichita or Sedgwick County, and this is an updated list. What's it cost to maintain a... Usually we charge about $8,500 a year for each intersection, plus any major components that they pay for, and we'll either have a contractor or a sales institution.

Item E is a staffing table addition. I've talked with each of you about it. This is for a ComCare deputy director, which we have been aspiring to define and implement for several years. And Anna and Michelle have worked together with Sheena to define the position. So we would like to add it to the staffing table. It will be paid for out of revenue funding from ComCare. And then I think Michelle's intention is to run an internal process on that and get somebody in that position. So Anna can answer any questions if there are any. Item F is a resolution amending Sedgwick County policy 6101, which is a HIPAA policy. And Armand is on, has done the lion's share work on this. If there's technical questions from the commission, he would be glad to answer. I think he's talked with you about this as well behind the scenes, though. Questions for Armand? Questions? And then the rest of the consent is routine business. The only new business item is bid board. There are only two items on bid board, both are corrections. Rusty's here, and I think Steve is online too, that are journal technologies, adult program build-out, and journal technology software license. That's items one and two. They're both single source, and Rusty, do you have anything to add to that, or Steve?

I don't have anything to add. We've been working with journals since about 2018. We have the juvenile programs all done. This will finish up the adult programs. So, 1 contract is to finish the adult programs and the other contract is ongoing maintenance of the systems.
