REPORT ON APPEAL RIGHTS
(Continued from September 9th) Application CPX24-0007/SUB26-0003: 14076 Quito Road; (403-22-016) Acme Development LLC (Applicant):
The applicant is requesting approval of Design Review and Tentative Map applications for a project subject to the Housing Accountability Act (Gov. Code Section § 65589.5) to subdivide an existing 3.85-acre site located at 14076 Quito Road into 14 parcels, which will include 12 building parcels and two common parcels, and the construction of 55 attached three story townhome/condominium residential units and 14 attached accessory dwelling units totaling 133,386 square feet in 12 separate buildings of which the 14 accessory dwelling units will be affordable to low-income households. Sixty-four protected trees are proposed for removal. The site is zoned R-1-10,000 with a General Plan Designation of Medium Density Residential (M-10).
