Thank you, we have one item today, item 3.1, our conference with legal counsel regarding anticipated litigation. We'll go to public comment. Thank you, and with respect to a report on our closed session items, Madam City Attorney?

Yes, Mayor, there is a reportable action on a closed session for the special closed session. After discussion of anticipated litigation in closed session on a motion by Councilmember Fleming, seconded by Councilmember McDonald, The council voted unanimously to authorize the city attorney to initiate litigation. The action defendants and other particulars once formally commenced shall be disclosed in accordance with government code section 54957.1. And that concludes my report.
