City Council - Special Meeting

Perfect. Alright. We'll go right on to our closed session items for the evening. Item is three point one and three point two, both dealing with confidential personnel matters. Are there any members of the public who would like to comment?

Thank you. Alright. We'll do our report out from closed session. With respect with respect to item 3.1, the city attorney appointment, council appointed Ashley Crocker with an effective date of 06/03/2026 to the city attorney position. The vote was five two, and I'm just double checking with, with our city clerk. Do I need to state who how the votes went?

Yes, ma'am.

Okay. So voting in the affirmative in the affirmative were, myself, vice mayor, Jeff Okrepki, mister Alvarez, miss Rogers, and miss McDonald, and voting in the negative were miss Fleming and, miss Benuelos. For item 3.2 with the interim city man for the interim interim city manager position, we are pleased to to, appoint, mister Jason Nutt to the interim city manager position, with the effective date of 06/27/2027 2026, and also pleased to report that that vote was unanimous.
