With respect to item 3.1, the city attorney appointment, council appointed Ashley Crocker with an effective date of 06/03/2026 to the city attorney position. The vote was five-two. For item 3.2 for the interim city manager position, we are pleased to appoint Mr. Jason Nutt to the interim city manager position with the effective date of 06/27/2026, and also pleased to report that that vote was unanimous.
