There's a green light. There you go. So let me start over. Here before you to give you a quick verbal update on the Orbis project on what we know as Kuntz, the southwest corner of Florence and Norwalk. A quick update, as you may or may not know, the developer has placed two coats of white paint, one of which is anti-graffiti, which is more glossy, on the easterly wall for the neighbor's building. So that's been done. The developer has also gone around the perimeter fencing to address any graffitis and looked to make sure that there's no fencing that is falling et cetera. While they did do that, staff went out earlier today and identified a couple of areas that needs to be addressed. There's the torn portion. There's an area that could be better secured as well as an illegal sign. We brought that to their attention and they've assured us that that will be taken care of immediately. Third, With regards to the landscaping in shrubs that has been and continues to be taken care of so that the the shrubbery and any weeds overgrown should be an issue at the moment and lastly with regards to dust mitigation I will say that that has not been completed and but we have assurance and commitment from the developer to take care of that. They will put a tarp on the mounds that are out there within the next week. That's the timeframe that they provided to me. Since we didn't agendize this, I don't have a presentation or photos to provide to you, but we plan to do that at your next meeting Planning Commission meeting. We'll share updated photos as well as an update on the DTSC efforts from the developer. So that's my report for today. I'm happy to answer any questions if you had any. But otherwise, we'll provide you with photos and an update at your next meeting.

15:16 – 15:46Speaker 3

Anybody? No? Thank you, Quan. I think he was trying to extend the time. He has a bet with somebody to extend it longer, so we'll see what it is. Does any commissioners have anything to report on? No? No? Well, this meeting is now adjourned at 6.05. The next meeting of the Planning Commission is set for October 13th, 2025, 6 p.m. Thank you.
