MINUTES OF THE JUNE 8, 2026 REGULAR MEETING

1. Approve the minutes as submitted.

PARKWAY TREE REMOVAL APPEAL DECISION - RESIDENT REQUEST FOR REMOVAL OF PARKWAY TREE AT 10812 FLALLON AVENUE (CONTINUED FROM THE JUNE 8, 2026 PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING)

HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT APPEAL DECISION – REGARDING A BEAUTY SALON AT 10728 LAKE CENTER PARK LANE

1. Find and determine that this Project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines, Section 15061(b)(3) (Common Sense Exemption); and 2. Find and determine that the proposed home occupation does not meet the criteria set forth in Zoning Code Section 155.635 for the approval of a Home Occupation Permit; and 3. Affirm the decision of the Director of Community Development to deny the proposed Home Occupation Permit; 4. Adopt Resolution No. 323-2026, which incorporates the Planning Commission's findings and actions regarding this matter; and 5. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
