Yes, thank you, Madam Mayor. Pretty robust schedule for you tonight for closed session discussions. I'll read those items into the record. First item is conference with labor negotiators, with the city representatives as listed, with the employee organization under discussion, unclassified fire management, Unit 9B. Item number two is conference with legal counsel regarding anticipated litigation, the potential for initiation of litigation with two potential cases. Item three is conference with legal counsel regarding existing litigation. The case that we'll be discussing tonight is Adame and others versus the City of Santa Clara. the case in federal court as identified on the agenda. Item four is conference with legal counsel regarding existing litigation, that's Chalamontes versus the City of Santa Clara and others in superior court as identified on the agenda. And then finally, one item, For real estate negotiations, conference with real property negotiators, the properties are 990 Benton Street and 777 Benton Street. City negotiators as identified. The negotiating parties are the City of Santa Clara and Santa Clara University. And under negotiations are purchase and sale of the real property interests, provisions for price and terms of payment.
