Point 1, in accordance with the Labor Energy Negotiator as explained on Agenda Point 1, and Point 2, in accordance with the HENING City Administrator, the Government Commission Code, section 5456.9 of 1, as explained on Agenda Point 2. All right. Very good. And I have a speech card for the general public, I think for point one. So let's call Laura Robinson for three minutes. Good morning, Mayor and Member of the Council Laura Robinson, Executive Director of the United Workers Union Local 620, representing the Delivery Unit. Thank you for giving me a chance to talk. I want to emphasize how close we are to a solution. We have worked hard together to limit the problem. At this point, we must not allow the small differences that remain to hold us back any longer. Our unit does not ask for anything impossible. They ask that their situation be acknowledged compared to their colleagues and that access to basic support is given that allows them to take care of their families. And if in the end we fail to guarantee the medical care that is worthy of our members, the compromise we make is not only reasonable but also responsible. This reflects the reality of labor, city needs, and values that we all share. This is a simple and practical thing for the people who make this city. Maybe I am very proud of them because they have fought through this whole process. They have been fully attentive, patient, and incredibly reasonable. They have shown a desire to collaborate, and they have also shown courage to fight. They are the leaders of your front line, the people who keep the operation running, solve problems before they have an impact, and support this organization. So, I ask you to do the right thing and provide equality and fair agreement that gives them respect and stability that they deserve. Thank you. Thank you. There is no point, Mr. Mayor.
