RECOMMENDATION: That the City Council adopt Resolution 2025-89 continuing the Declaration of Emergency and receive the report from City Manager Regarding Emergency repairs at Wastewater Treatment Plant per Resolution No. 2025-86.
SUBJECT: City of Sanger Revised Appropriation Limits
RECOMMENDATION: That the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2025-90, Resolution No. 2025-91, Resolution No. 2025-92, and Resolution No. 2025-93 revising and establishing the Appropriation Limits for Fiscal Years 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25, and 2025-26, respectively.
SUBJECT: Final acceptance for North Sanger Groundwater Recharge Project
RECOMMENDATION: That the City Council: 1) Accept the work for the North Sanger Groundwater Recharge Project in the amount of $767,985.58; and 2) Authorize recordation of the Notice of Completion with the Fresno County Recorder; and 3) Authorize payment of 5% retention in the amount of $38,399.28 to JT2, Inc. dba Todd Companies upon expiration of the 35-day lien period.
SUBJECT: Approve Agreement with County of Fresno for CDBG Project No. 24611
RECOMMENDATION: That the City Council, approve the Agreement with the County of Fresno for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Project No. 24611 and authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SUBJECT: Easement Acquisition- SPR 2024-08 - Sanger Fence Project
RECOMMENDATION: That the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2025-94, which accepts the grant of easement for public water purposes through the property known as Assessor Parcel Number (APN) 320-011-59S.
