Recommendation: Staff Recommends that the Commission Receive the Staff Report and Presentation by the Applicant, Open the Public Hearing, Take Public Testimony, Close the Public Hearing, Discuss and Deliberate, and If Appropriate, Adopt Draft Planning Commission Resolution No. 15-25 Approving the Project Applications. Recommendation: Receive the Staff Report and Presentation by the Applicant, Open the Public Hearing, Take Public Testimony, Close the Public Hearing, Discuss and Deliberate, and If Appropriate, Adopt Resolution No. 16-25 (Attachment B) Approving the Proposed Project Subject to the Recommended Conditions of Approval, and Adopt Resolution No. 17-25 Recommending City Council Approval of the Proposed Development Agreement (Attachment C).
