Thank you and welcome. We're excited to be here in person with options for those who choose not to be in person to still participate virtually. Thank you for your cooperation and for helping us maintain an efficient and accessible meeting environment. There are several ways to participate in public comment tonight. For those attending in person, you may complete a yellow request to speak slip and hand it to the City Clerk. If you're participating remotely, you may use the raise your hand feature in Zoom, and you'll be called on at the appropriate time. If you call in via phone, please press star nine to raise your hand. And when called upon, please press star six to unmute. These options for public comment will remain available until I close public comment periods for each specific item. And for members of the public who may be watching us on YouTube, if you wish to provide live public comment, we do not currently have that feature available on YouTube, but uh please join our meeting through the Zoom webinar using access information listed in our agenda, which can be found on our website, cityofsanmateo.org. We are beginning this evening with four closed session items. Conference with legal counsel, existing litigation, conferences with labor negotiators, two items, and finally, conference with legal counsel, existing litigation, workers compensation. Before we begin, City Clerk, are there any members of the public who would like to comment on this item before we convene into closed session? Mayor Lorraine, we have not received any requests in chambers or in our virtual environment to speak on any of the closed session items. Okay, thank you. I will close public comment and we'll move to closed session and return to adjourn once completed.

[clears throat] Thank you everyone. Good evening and thank you for your patience. Before the regular meeting we had a special meeting that has just now concluded. So I am going to first adjourn the special meeting and then we will reconvene for a regular meeting in about 5 minutes. Thank you again for your patience and we'll be right back.
