This project is a Variance requesting a reduced front yard setback from zero (1) feet to -13.24 feet for an existing open fence consisting of 3-foot-high CMU block topped by 3-foot-high wrought iron, that is located within the County right-of-way of North Alpine Road. This property is not under Williamson Act Contract. The project site is located on the east side of N. Alpine Road, 1,118 feet south of E. Live Oak Road, Stockton (Supervisorial District: 4) Environmental Determination: This project is exempt from CEQA pursuant to Section 15061 (b)(3). A Notice of Exemption will be filed if the project is approved.
