REVIEW OF CONCEPTUAL DESIGN FOR FUTURE SAN GABRIEL VETERANS MEMORIAL
Solicit feedback and comments from the City Commissions on design of a future San Gabriel Veterans Memorial. Recommended Action: Staff recommend that the Design Review Commission PROVIDE COMMENTS.
101 W. VALLEY BOULEVARD PLANNING CASE NO. MSP25-003 (MASTER SIGN PROGRAM) APPLICANT: SUCCESS SIGNS
This is an application for a Master Sign Program (MSP) for a new mixed-use development at 101 W. Valley Boulevard. The subject site is zoned MU/T (Mixed-Use Transit Oriented Development) and has a General Plan Land Use Designation of Commercial Specific Plan. This project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), per Guidelines section 15301, Class 1 (Existing Facilities). Recommended Action: Adopt a Resolution of the Design Review Commission of the City of San Gabriel, California, APPROVING Planning Case Number MSP25-003 for a Master Sign Program at 101 W. Valley Boulevard, subject to the recommended conditions of approval.
