The time is now 2.02 p.m., and the City Council will now convene as the City of San Antonio Texas Council Aids Corporation to meet in executive session to consult with the City Attorney's Office pursuant to Chapter 551.074 and 551.071 of the Texas Government Code and to deliberate or discuss personnel matters and to consult with the City Attorney.
