I mean, we were we were anticipating getting a trial date today. Uh I would have liked one, but I understand that the court needs to finish conducting the in camera review before it can tender uh anything to defense. one of the things we were just trying to determine what judge at time to review those records and and then I judge Allison has the time, but it'll take a little bit because I think those records are extensive. And so I don't want to upset a premature trial date when depending on what I disclose to the defense or what I decide to disclose to the defense, then you're going to say well I need this much time or don't need this much time and so setting a date is premature right now.
