CONSENT AGENDAItem 5

Ordinance authorizing the submission of the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) grant application and acceptance of funds upon award in an amount up to $2,108,551 from the Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP) for the period of January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2027; with a personnel complement of 17 positions, and a cash match of $1,151,226 funded by the General Fund.
