Adopt a budget Ordinance amendment to the FY2025-2026 budget in the amount of $30,000 to appropriate grant funding from the Blanche and Julian Robertson Family Foundation for parks and recreation programming needs and summer camp initiatives.

Authorize the City Manager to approve a sole-source professional services agreement in the amount of $54,000 with Withers Ravenel for developing the Infrastructure Model for Land Use. This item is included in the FY2025-2026 budget.

Salisbury Parks and Recreation will host the first installment of the Reels and Riffs Summer Movie and Music Series on Friday, June 26, 2026. The Secret Life of Pets 2 will be the featured film and will begin at 9:00 pm at Bell Tower Green. This event is free and open to the public. For more information call (704) 216-PLAY.
