Adopt an Ordinance to authorize the demolition of the residential structure located at 1035 Old Plank Road per Chapter 10 of the City Code.
This is the second reading of the proposed Ordinance.

Adopt a budget Ordinance amendment to the FY2025-2026 budget in the amount of $7,000 to appropriate grant funding from Keep America Beautiful to be used for plant installations at Chestnut Hill Cemetery and for Greenway beautification efforts.

Adopt a budget Ordinance amendment to the FY2025-2026 budget in the amount of $30,000 to appropriate a donation from Bell Tower Green, Inc. for the replacement of existing stage lighting and the installation of a retractable movie screen to support programming at the Bell Tower Green stage.

Receive the Certificate of Sufficiency for the voluntary annexation of 3.47 acres located at 3120 Statesville Boulevard, Tax Map 329 Parcels 021 and 022, and adopt a Resolution setting the date of the public hearing for June 2, 2026.

Approve a right-of-way encroachment by Spectrum for the installation of underground fiber optic cable within the rights-of-way of North Main Street and Kerr Street in accordance with Section 11-24(27) of the City Code.

Approve a one-year contract extension on a downtown revitalization grant with KTW Holdings, LLC to assist with building rehabilitation, residential production, and a fire suppression project located at 126-130 North Main Street.
