Adopt a budget Ordinance amendment to the FY2025-2026 budget in the amount of $1,500 to appropriate grant funding from the St. Luke’s Episcopal Church Foundation for the Police Department’s Homeless Liaison program.
Authorize the City Manager to approve the assignment of the existing sanitary sewer rehabilitation services contract with Atlantic Coast Contractors, Inc. to North American Pipeline Management, LLC.

Consider a Statement of Consistency and Statement of Reasonableness and adopting an Ordinance to amend Chapters 4, 15, and 16 of the Land Development Ordinance.
The Salisbury Parks and Recreation Department will host the 30th annual Father Daughter Dance on Saturday, February 7, 2026 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the Salisbury Civic Center.
Participants will enjoy an evening of dancing, entertainment, games, snacks, and door prizes. Tickets are $11 per person and must be purchased in advance at www.salisburync.gov/play. For more information, please call (704) 216-PLAY.
The Salisbury Sculpture Show hosted by the Salisbury Public Arts Commission is returning for its 18th year.
Artists are encouraged to submit their best outdoor sculptures to be included in the show. Salisbury neighborhoods are encouraged to apply to host a sculpture in their community.
