Heat. Heat. All right. It's 5:00. I'd like to call this special meeting to order. Um, I'll take I've already taken silent road call. Um, the only thing that we got up on this meeting is the NPUA invoice approval. We discussed it at our alderman meeting. We discussed it at the utility committee meeting. And tonight would be uh

the agenda. H we have to approve the agenda, don't we? Yeah. Okay. So, at this time, do I have a motion to approve this agenda? Thanks, Rick. Make a motion. Got it. Do you want to see the staff summary? You want to see the invoice? What do you want to see? [snorts] So, obviously the utility committee um did discuss it and voted to recommend paying in full. Um and so the purpose of tonight's special meeting is that that AC payment comes out of our account on Wednesday of next week. So in order to authorize that full payment, we need the board's approval to to do that. So um alternatively, if we opted to wait till next week, because we did discuss this with NPU staff, you know what? If we waited until next month and had it come out, then then there there would be some interest acrrual and [clears throat] so since since the option was to pay in full to avoid any interest, we we felt it was important to move forward.

Okay. So, um, and of course those amounts that's up here at the top, the total amount of the bill is 9,000 not I'm sorry, 934,233.51. Um, that additional portion of that amount is $362,27.15 and that is the amount that would be coming from the reserve fund with you all's approval would be the 362 20715. Yes, correct. All right. Well, at this time, we'll open it up for discussion if the board has any discussion.

All right. Any discussion? Do I have a motion? I'll make a motion to approve the pay of the entire January bill from NPUA in the amount of $934,23351 pulling the additional $362,27.15 from the electrical reserve fund. And do I have a second?
