Design review of the proposed first phase of a multi-phase project known collectively as the Forest River Residences. The first phase includes a residential building consisting of 340 units, an above-level parking garage with 524 parking spaces, and two enclosed outdoor courtyards. The proposed work also includes an approximately half-acre central landscaped common, extension of the existing Harrison Road, and connection to the Forest River Conservation Trailhead.
