Valerie second. Motion passes. With the record effect, we do have a quorum. 3A, consideration action regarding proposed tax increment reinvestment zone number one, fund budget for fiscal year 2026-2027. Gabe Ray, I'm city manager.

Mayor and council, as the tourist fund continues to grow and balance as a result of the growth within its boundaries, we're using those funds for qualified infrastructure projects. So as you'll see this year and in future years, that money will be used to rebuild portions of East McElroy. So discussed this a few times, various workshops. There's no additions.

So it's phase 2B, which part of the road is 2B, do you recall?

Yeah, so the portion that's in the TURs would be from Blue Mound all the way to the Falcon Project. So that whole roadway is TURs eligible. Gotcha, okay.
