Members Corona Sabiniano here. Members Berga here. And let the record reflect that Commissioner Develin is absent. Wonderful. Thank you very much. Will you please join me in standing in uh saluting for the pledge of allegiance? Commissioner Sabayiano, would you mind starting us, please?

Yes. The county fosters public engagement during the meeting and encourages public participation, civility, and the use of courteous language. The commission does not condone the use of profanity, vulgar language, gestures, or other inappropriate behavior, including personal attacks, or threats directed toward any meeting participant. Seating may be limited and available on a first come, first- serve basis. To make an in-person public comment, please complete and submit a speaker request form to the clerk. Each individual will be invited to the podium to make a comment. Members of the public may send a written comment which is distributed to commission members and files in the record. Contact information is optional and should include the meeting date and agenda off agenda item number to be sent as follows. Email a comment to board clerk@saccount.gov. Item number one is PLMP 2021-000039 9535 Floren Road reszone. This is a reszone and a minor use permit and the property is located at 9535 Floren Road in the vineyard community and the environmental document is an addendum. Thank you very much. And is there a desire for staff to present on this agenda item? No. All right. Is the applicant or representative of the applicant here? If you'd like to address the commission, you may. You don't have to. It's not required. Okay, fair enough. Uh, is there any public testimony on this agenda item?

Have not received any public comments. Okay, we'll uh bring it back to the dis for any comments or questions or to entertain a motion. I'll make the motion that we move the item. All right. I have a motion by Commissioner Vera. Second. Second by the vice chair. Clerk.

And that vote passes with all members present voting yes. All right. That uh moves us to item two, the planning director's report. I have nothing for you tonight. Okay. Pretty straightforward.
