File ID: 2026-01388 Location: Citywide Recommendation: Pass a Motion authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute Contract Amendment No. 2 to City Agreement No. 2024-1394, a Professional Services Agreement with ADS Corp, to continue providing wastewater flow monitoring services for Fiscal Year (FY) 2026/27, FY 2027/28, and FY 2028/29 for the Flow Monitoring/Hydrology Program (I14610100, Fund 6006 & Fund 6011) for an amount not to exceed $430,000. This amendment will bring the agreement's total not-to-exceed amount to $750,000 and extend the agreement through November 1, 2029.

File ID: 2026-01557 Location: District 8 Recommendation: Pass a Motion: 1) authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute Contract Amendment No. 15 to City Agreement No. 2020-1399 with Peterson Brustad, Inc. to provide additional engineering support services during construction for the Pump Outfalls Replacement Project - specific to the outfall replacement at Sump 89 (Drainage Sump Replacement/ Rehabilitation Program W14130600, Fund 6021), for an amount not to exceed $113,551, bringing the agreement's total not-to-exceed amount to $2,104,976, and 2) ratifying all previous contract amendments executed
