Consider approval of the minutes from the April 23rd, 2026 Transportation Economic Development Corporation meeting. Are there any questions? If not, I'll entertain a motion to adopt the minutes.

Consider Executive Session as authorized by Section 551.087 Government Code to deliberate the offer of a financial or other incentive to business prospects. Considering Round Rock as a location for new or expanded businesses that would bring economic development to the city. We will retire to Executive Session at 5.01. Thank you.
