The Rock Hill City Council recognized outgoing Council Member Jim Reno for his 27 years of service and approved several ordinances, including the refinancing of utility bonds and the conditional consent for the inclusion of properties in a joint county industrial and business park. The council also discussed and approved revisions to the rules of procedure for city council meetings.
