Thanks for the opportunity again, guys. Let's pray. Father, we love you and we thank you for this great town that we live in. God, I thank you today that government was your idea. Romans 13 tells us that you have put governments in place. And I just thank you that you've given us just a small part in this room as voters and representatives to steward your creation and to steward this government that you have created. And we ask that tonight they would do just that. They would have wisdom and discernment, a love for the community. And we ask that you just grant them favor and blessing over these proceedings. uh the robinson food pantry i like how everybody's texting me to say did you remember well you know you were wrong So I think I've met everybody in here, but I'm Brittany Fikes and I am the executive director for the Robinson Food Pantry. And I'm just here pretty much to just throw out a big thank you. Without the use of the building, we wouldn't be able to do what we do. But I've made a little letter here of different stuff I want to say, so I'm going to read it because if not, I'm going to leave something off. So on behalf of Robinson Food Pantry, I would first want to say thank you. We are incredibly grateful for the continued support that the City of Robinson has shown our organization throughout the years. Your partnership and support are truly one of the main reasons we are able to continue serving so many families in our community. Currently, our Robinson Food Pantry serves approximately 800 households each month. Our main food distribution, our main days are The 1st, and 3rd Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. In addition, we have regular distributions. We offer a walk through pantry on Mondays following the Saturdays, and that's designed specifically for the elderly. They're able to walk in there and actually pick the food that. They want a lot of the ones that were coming through the line. They're like, we don't need all that. We just need something small. So we decided to do this for them. One, because it's hard for them to stay in their vehicles that long. Another reason is it just gives them a time to interact with someone besides just sitting at home all the time. um each month we distribute about 100 to 120 000 pounds of food to families throughout the area none of this would be possible without the dedication of our volunteers we are blessed to have approximately 100 to 130 volunteers each month um that give between a thousand and fifteen hundred hours of their time helping us serve others the need within our community continues to grow but because of strong community partnerships especially the city of robinson we are able to continue meeting that need with compassion and dignity we want to each of you to know how thankful we are for the support your encouragement and your willingness to work alongside us the city of Robinson plays a crucial role in helping us make our mission possible with your support we will not we would not be able to accomplish the work that we do or impact as many families as we have been blessed to be sir or blessed to serve thank you again for everything you do for Robinson food pantry and for the people in this community so any questions that y'all have No? Okay, so because it got rescheduled, last time you got homemade cookies, okay? But y'all missed out on those. I did drop them off from the city, but of course y'all wouldn't be here the next day.

Thank you. All right. It's time for the quarterly investment report. All right.

So this is the quarterly investment report for the period ended March 31st, 2026. The beginning book value and market value of all investments was $67,557,181. The ending market value and book value for March 31st was $67,680,649. and had an average yield of 3.9% during that quarter. The average quarterly yield was 3.9%. The three-month treasury was 3.69%. The rolling six-month was 3.69%. The tax pool was 3.67%. So we did exceed all three of those. And then the fiscal year to date, which would be halfway through the fiscal year, the average quarter end yield for that quarter Year-to-date was 3.94, and the rolling three-month Treasury was 3.77. Six-month Treasury was 3.79, and taxable was 3.75. So for year-to-date, we also outperformed. The quarterly interest earnings was $648,273, and the fiscal year-to-date interest earnings are $1,335,464. And I'll be happy to answer any questions.

I have one question. What's our bond rate on the bond that we floated to do the street repair? We're double A. Yeah, so what was our... Oh, you mean the interest rate? Yeah, the interest rate.

I want to say it was around 4%. Okay. Somewhere in the fours? Yeah. Okay. Somewhere a little above, I think it was a little above 4%, but I'll get it to you and email it to you because my brain's kind of foggy right now.

Yeah, I'm just trying to see what the spread was when our average yield on it and what we're paying for it.

Yeah, we have to be careful how much we make on it because then we get into arbitrage and then we have to pay... And Karen loves arbitrage. If we earn too much interest on it, we have to give a portion of that interest to the IRS.

What's $50,000 on a $300,000 game?

How much did we have to pay in arbitrage last time? The payment we had to make last year?

$107,000. $107,000. What was the net gain, though?

It was more than $107,000.

I had that same issue at work, and the $3,000 gain, because the money sat there too long, was a $50,000 fine. I don't know about you, but that doesn't sound like a penalty.

We don't get a fine. We just have to pay a percentage of the interest rate.
