REQUEST: Hold a public hearing to amend County Ordinance Nos. 927 (Regulating Short Term Rentals) and 671 (Consolidated Fees for Land Use and Related Functions). Proposed Ordinance No. 927.3 would amend Ordinance No. 927 to enhance enforcement capability to mitigate adverse impacts from Short Term Rentals on residential neighborhoods. Proposed amended Ordinance No. 671.25 (Consolidated Fees for Land Use and Related Functions) includes amended registration and annual renewal fees for short-term rentals.
