Planning Commission - Regular Meeting

Thursday, April 9, 2026

The Planning Commission approved a conditional use permit for Cherry Blossom Day Care, allowing the establishment of a daycare facility for infants to five-year-olds. A proposal for Jazz's Wine and Spirits, including a bottle shop and bar, was denied due to concerns about overconcentration of alcohol licenses, community outreach, and operational plans for the bar area.
