Planning Commission - Special Meeting

All right, we will call this uh special session of the Ripen City Council on December 23rd to order. Is there anyone who would like to address the council about something that's not on the agenda? [snorts] No. Then we will move to our first and only item, the uh recommendation on the Meadowwood subdivision. Kevin, [snorts]

thank you. Uh first of all, thank you for your time coming in for a special meeting and also wish everyone a merry Christmas. This item is related to the Meadowwood residential subdivision which is located on the west side of Fton Avenue. This is 88 single family residential uh homes that are that are being constructed by LAR Homes. In October of this year, the city council approved processing a Melewood final map uh prior to all the um silver improvements being completed. This would according to that amended SIA, it would allow Lenard to begin the construction of 17 of those 88 homes um with a condition that no sale agreements would be executed until all of the civil improvements have been completed. Uh so tonight was before or today was before the city council is the uh the final map of that subdivision. This has been submitted to the county um and is approved by the county um and it's also been reviewed by by the city and it is in conformance with the tenative subdivision uh tenative map that was submitted to the city. So uh I believe Jane do you have the map or Yeah, if if you want if you want the map, we're we're happy to go grab it. [laughter] Yeah.

Yeah. And they're getting close. Very nice. All right. Are there any questions for Kevin from the council or to the applicant? If no, then is there a motion to move? the making [snorts] comments on the M. [clears throat] So move. Do you need to put a vote up? I will second. We have a motion in a second. Uh voice vote. Is that right? Okay. And before that vote goes in, I'll just put in into the record that there was no public comment issued on this item.
