This is an ordinance to authorize the special use of the property properties known as 3401 Rosewood Avenue and 3405 Rosewood Avenue for the purpose of up to three single family detached dwellings upon certain terms and conditions. Ordinance twenty twenty six zero nine seven to authorize the special use of the property known as 3601 Hopkins Road for the purpose of a family development containing up to 172 dwelling units within four residential buildings upon certain terms and conditions.

Public Art Commission item twenty twenty six-three, this is for the Virginia Community Voice Art for Safer Streets. Public Art Commission item twenty twenty six dash zero zero four. This is the Paradise Park play structure structure mural. And finally, UDC 2026 dash 0 six. This is the conceptual location character and extent review of a new Riverside Park located at 3021 Dock Street, and this is a request to refer it to the May 14 urban design committee meeting.

Very much. We have council action update and then upcoming items.

We do. So city council last met on April 27. We had two ordinances get continued. Tuxedo Boulevard is still hanging out, and then Cordon was amended and continued. And then three ordinances were adopted. For May 19, you're gonna be seeing nine new special use permits, one special use permit amendment, and then you will also be seeing a right of way closure, and the preliminary community unit plan for the Mosby South redevelopment is also on the May 19 agenda.
